"I was shopping around for car insurance and ended up getting the best quote with Jonathan at Evan Brown’s State Farm. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. "As a freshly 20 year old about to go on my own car insurance for the first time, I was so worried! Michael made the process easy and much less scary! He was very kind and patient, always ready to help! Even when we could not reach Michael directly, the rest of the team was wonderful and kind. Very thankful to have worked with such a wonderful group getting insurance for the first time! Edit: When I originally wrote this review and gave them 5 stars, I felt very confident in the Evan Brown team and my insurance. The first 6 months went by without a hitch. A few months after my renewal, I sold my car and planned to buy a new one a week or two later. In order to not lose loyalty discounts, I was instructed by an Evan Brown team member to lower my coverage to the minimum and reup it when I got a new car. Before I even bought my new car, I called to get a quote. Was emailed the coverage and quoted $171 a month, which sounded perfect. Bought the car, called to officially fix my insurance, and turns out my total is actually $151 a month. I clarified that it was full coverage, including comp. and collision, and was assured it was. A week later, my app is still showing I do not have full coverage and only have liability. I call again, this time to be connected directly with someone who "handles the financials." She expressed somebody did it wrong and that my bill would be upped to $186 a month, but that included all of the coverage required for my financed car. She told me to give it a week or so and the app would show it. Spoiler alert, a week later, I STILL DIDN'T HAVE FULL COVERAGE. A full two weeks of being assured I have coverage, while driving around a brand new, financed, 2026 car, and I haven't been covered the entire time. Finally, last week, I ask to speak with someone about it. This is when I got in contact with Steven. Steven was the only professional individual I have delt with this entire time. Every secretary, manager, etc. have been completely disrespectful and treated the entire situation like it was an "inconvenience" for them. Steven listened to our problems and assured us it would be fixed. He tells us their system switched these past few weeks, and apparently I haven't paid insurance the past two months (despite being on autopay), so that would be distributed over the next few bills. I ask if I could just pay it now to lower my monthly payment, and he is honest and says, "sometimes the system works like that, sometimes it doesn't." Not his fault, but still extremely frustrating. He helps me add on my coverage. This month I will pay $186, next month $194, and then after $250 a month. Which again, frustrating, but would have been fine. I check my declaration sheet today, and guess what? I still do not have comprehensive and collision coverage. Further, I've done the math with my leftover balance a million times and do not understand where the $250 a month is coming from, as that would have me paying almost $300 more than my leftover balance at the end of my 6 months. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted. If you are looking for car insurance, this is not the place to do it. Getting setup for your first few months goes smoothly. Once you actually become a customer and have to deal with them, it becomes a nightmare. Nobody seems to know what's going on with the new system, or can explain why I've gotten 20 different quotes. I will be cancelling my insurance first thing Monday morning and starting with a new company."

Some things are in our control, some changes have to be made by underwriting at the company level. Sometimes there is a delay in that process, but we always do our best to help and I will make certain Stephen is on top of this for you."
