"The people that work in this office has no clue if what they are doing. Used them for 2 years, only to find out half my vehicles wasnt insured and some of my property wasnt insured. No service after the sale except wanting to sale you more insurance. Asked twice for them to cancel and stop all automatic drafts and it never was done. Then when we asked for a refund all Evan Brown could say is we can draft it out whenever we want. Stay far away from this particular agent. No knowledge of the insurance business"
